Summer Orientation and Registration (SOAR) is the first of two mandatory orientation programs to help prepare you for an exceptional experience at Hamline.

During this online program, you will have the opportunity to:

• Interact with offices and departments to get your questions answered
• Meet other incoming first-year students and the New Student Mentors (NSMs)
• Connect with the advising staff from the Center for Academic Success and Achievement to better understand the Hamline Plan and course registration
• Register for your first semester of courses at Hamline
